I was very pleased with the body work but I thought the work took too long to complete. My biggest complaint was the lack of communication--there was none. Jessica was pleasant and patient but needed more information to pass onto the customer. At the end of the job, my experience with Mario was as good as it gets. He does an excellent job and tries to please the customer. Again, my biggest complaint was the lack of communication about the status of the job and the length of time to complete the work. If you want to be a first rate shop, please improve your communication with your customers.

I would not trust these people. I had a handicap placecard in my car and i even parked my car in the handicap spot in the light in front of their door and took a pic of the place card and they had my car for almost 2 weeks i go back to pick up my car and it's gone and nobody in the shop no where it went to. And another thing is if my car is damaged outside and under the car why is the shop vacuuming on the inside of my car and touching my belongings? Seem very odd.

My car spends as much time here as it does in my possession! I have a 2017 civic hatch and it’s been hit several times in the past couple years. Every time they do a great job fixing it up as good as new! Super friendly staff when you walk into the building you can tell you are bringing your car to the right place. Very easy to work with and they make sure to give your car a good cleaning before they give it back to you. So it’s worked out for me since it seems inevitable that I am going to get hit every few months I get a solid detailing every few months with the repairs! Joking!... but seriously great company 10/10 would definitely recommend and am sure I’ll be back. PS: if you don’t have rental coverage stop being cheap and add it to your policy before a crazy deer gets to you!

Came in for some slight body repair and had such a pleasant experience. The front desk receptionist is so sweet and helpful , I love her ! She's been so pleasant to talk to. Picked up my car today and your body shop did such a great job the paint looks amazing. No orange peel or too much clear coat, y'all really took the time to get it done right. Great shop , highly recommend!!

They rebuilt and repaired my front end after a collision. They did an excellent job. They were so Nice, they even buffed out some unrelated scratches. At no additional charge. I recommend them.

They are fantastic and will always get our business! The high winds blew my husband's door on his pickup truck and it broke. He had to get to work, he stopped by Chesapeake Collision and one of the Techs fixed it so Hubby could get to his job. We'll definitely be bringing our truck and any vehicles to them!

This is the best auto body shop I have ever used! The quality of their work is excellent, and the customer service superb!!! They were in constant contact with me regarding repairs.They helped me with my insurance company and the car rental from the time I set up the appointment until I picked up my vehicle, they even set up the return of the rental. They were helpful, courteous, friendly and professional. I do have to say a special thank you to Tanya & Vince, they went above and beyond and I truly appreciate all their help! I would and will recommend their services to all!! They made the whole experience not only tolerable (like you would expect), but pleasant and actually great!!! Thanks again to all of them for their great work & excellent service!!!!

I've taken a couple of vehicles to Chesapeake Collision (unfortunately) and have been very satisfied with the quality of work, price, and turnaround time. Pete took time to thoroughly look over my vehicle and explained what he would do to save me money. When I did get my vehicle back, it was washed, waxed, and vacuumed... something I did not expect, but appreciated! Great job... as usual!

I took in my 2002 Honda Civic for repairs after an accident. I was immediately helped out by Tania and Pete at the reception area. They explained in detail the procedures for the repairs, timing, etc. They also called several times to the car rental office for them to pick me up. For the following 2 days I was kept informed by the office staff of the progress on the repairs. The repairs were completed within 3 days and the quality of the work was outstanding. Pete explained very clearly the follow up and care as it relates to car washes. Tania took care of having the rental car picked so I would not have to worry about it. An outstanding team. Joel
