What This Means for Federal Agencies and Employees
As a GSA-approved repair facility, we coordinate directly with the GSA Fleet Management Center (FMC) and the Accident Management Center (AMC) to submit repair estimates, photos, and measurements for review. Once we receive purchase order authorization, your vehicle is scheduled for professional repair.
Federally owned vehicles: We’ll handle the entire process with GSA Fleet staff, from estimates to supplemental purchase orders, to minimize your worry about approvals or paperwork.
Non-drivable vehicles: Contact your FMC for tow authorization. Our facilities are prepared to receive towed vehicles immediately.
Federal employees’ personal vehicles: We value the dedication of our region’s federal workforce. To show our appreciation, we offer competitive pricing, insurance claims support, and expert repairs for your personal vehicle as well. We can even inspect your car and provide a cost estimate so you can decide whether to file a claim.

For GSA Fleet vehicles: Contact the GSA Accident Management Center (AMC) at (866) 400-0411, option 2, to initiate your repair authorization. Once our estimate is approved, and a PO is issued, we’ll schedule your repair right away.
